Problem with word blocking accuracy

Hello, I am using BlockP and I really like the app. However, I have an issue with the word blocking feature. The app only blocks words if I repeat them multiple times or click on them a lot. I want the app to block words immediately when I use them the first time. Is there a way to improve the accuracy or speed of word blocking? Thank you for your help!
